Meet Doug Dahl Target Zero Manager, Whatcom County
"Every number in our statistics represents a person - someone's child, parent, friend. That's why the only acceptable goal is zero."
Doug is a Target Zero Manager for the Washington Traffic Safety Commission and writes a weekly traffic safety column. He's one of 17 Target Zero Managers working statewide toward zero fatal and serious injury crashes.
